@SoClean so exactly when is the SoClean 3+ coming out? Because you have discontinued filters for the SoClean 3, I am now having to hand wash my CPAP mask and hose because my filter expired. This was extremely shortsighted on your part and a disservice to your customers.

Just a word of advice, do NOT buy a CPAP cleaner from @SoClean. It's a waste of money because after only 2 years of using the machine, they no longer make the part that need --I.e. - filter--that will allow it to clean. Now, it's trash and I'm out $300. BUT, I can get on the list for the upgrade of the SoClean 3+ so I can spend more money. No thanks. #ripoff #terriblecompany #dontbuyfromthem

And we're supposed to just be without filters until whenever @SoClean says otherwise? My brother needs filters for his bipap. Awful customer service and not very forward thinking.

@SoClean I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. The current So clean3 model they stopped making filters rendering the unit a paper weight. New unit not available for 8 months. DO NOT BUY

@brault_ste58579 In February 2025 we discontinued production and sale of the SoClean 2 and SoClean 3 models to focus on the new FDA-cleared SoClean 3+. You may continue using your SoClean for as long as you have filters; each filter lasts six months based on once daily use.

I have a patient who needs to be able to use a @SoClean machine with their new ResMed Airsense 10. They formally had a Phillips Respironics Dreamstation. What all adapters do they need if they have heated tubing? Just the lid adapter or is a heated tubing adapter?
