Going to post this here since everyone feeds his engagement, I have realized from years of market experience, that when most people are wrong and lost a large amount of funds, your ego won’t let you change bias in time. Being short when things go up is the worst, because now that you missed out, you’re hoping to now regain what you lost on a down move and then decide to switch long at what you deem to be perfect time. This is where everyone loses, if you’re wrong you’re wrong, accept it, follow the trend and change bias if you need to.

I have seen people start losing on $SPY $QQQ $SPX puts or else because of this insane running, I hope you doing well and manage your mental health. What comes up must come down, you still have family/friends. Be strong.
