@StevenJSmithMD2 is def on to something. Venous volume of leg is at least 25% of the body. IMO, #POTS seen more in slender pts & if there is severe iliac vein compression, preload becomes an issue. More work needed but wouldn’t discount it. @lahinchman @theveinlady #IRad

Young patient with lymphangioleiomyomatosis, severe right CP & dyspnea (O2 sat 84%) requiring O2. Large effusion c/w chylothorax. Massive cisterna chyli with no T duct. Perc access into CC with alcohol sclero. Complete resolution of symptoms and effusion at 1 month @uclaVIR
