Hey fellow male VTubers, I have been struggling a lot as of late to grow in the purple site. I multistream, collab and create content on other platforms, but nothing gets seen. I am looking for any help I can get, the more unhinged the better!

@kacyfaevt It depends, it is absolutely better than not posting but maybe theres another thing you can do instead thats a little more effort but x5 more efficient
How good a clip does mostly depends on how relevant the content is; if its a trending game, or a hot topic (not controversial)

Are posting gaming clips everyday good enough? I know it’s not fancy scripted videos with amazing editing but I feel like posting something is good, or am I being too lazy?

@tinatheterror Lately I been focused on editing clips but I can do long form. Here you can see my aproach, but I can adapt to your preferred style. $6 per hour of vod, which makes it easy to calculate any extra minutes. I´m open to discuss budget

I've been really wanting to find a VOD scrubber for some of my more exciting streams!
I don't really need clips made from it, my chat does an amazing job of clipping moments. I really just want someone who can take my 4-6 hour VOD and turn it into a 10 or so minute video of silly/entertaining moments.

So many Vtubers and Irl Content Creators are looking for advice to grow and theres just too many opinions and personal experiences.

@Sareniia Except it is. It is predatory. You’ve got people genuinely trying to connect and network only to be used to inflate a number. They are, say it with me now, PREYING on smaller, naïve accounts to follow them.

saw a vtuber with 64 THOUSAND FOLLOWERS and only 400 FOLLOWING make a post saying "I wanna collab!! Reply, and I'll reach out."
She will not be doing this; she's phishing for more followers. I HATE this tactic; it's so predatory.

@Mikoxto__ I say "pushing" because Twitch doesn´t have a good algorithm. Its really poor at its job, so you should 100% percent upload content on another platform and try to bring them over to Twitch. I dont belive you are shadowbanned, but I get why people would think that.

@Mikoxto__ Trying new things is good & necessary, but it appears as if you changed the "theme" of your channel too quickly and maybe the algorithm is still "pushing" you to people who watches Art streams.
Hiatus are usually hurtful cause viewers lose the habit of watching you.

Do any other small vtubers feel like they are stuck on a certain CCV? I haven't gotten any growth at all in the last 2 years...
Started streaming in 2024 and I have been extremely consistent taking 4 weeks total of actual breaks.
And yet i always fail to get past my CCV.
Don't get me wrong I am happy to stream and make content, even if no one watches it. I have been putting way too much work into something and still fail.
What am I doing wrong?

@KokoaMiki Hi, I'm affordable, $4/hour, and we can arrange a monthly payment. I use Discord, and for delivery, I can send you links to the clips, or if the clip is fragmented, I'll include timestamps. Btw, I'm also a manager/editor, so I have experience that I can use when selecting clips.

Content creators
If you dont have the time or the money to pay for vod scrubbing or clip editing I recommend using Streamloots, promoting it on streams & panels as a good way to help you grow and invest that money strictly on clips.
Short form content will bring u more viewers.

@YayuOneesan @web3_jani Is it more expensive to have someone scrub the vod, or to let those moments slip away? It depends on the $ per hour, and how many moments you usually have that could be used as clips with little editing. I have experience with scrubbing & editing. Im open to low budgets.

@web3_jani I stream for 5-6 hours, VOD scrubbing would mean someone would have to watch my whole VOD to find every single funny moment and clip it so that each clip can then be edited with subtitles and sound effects so that they can be posted

I really need help scrubbing some VODs.
I am overwhelmed with everything going on and I don't have time to scrub/edit my own VODs currently because of the amount of work I have to do.
Is anyone available for VOD scrubbing that isn't too expensive? I just had to fix my PC, I'm strapped for cash.
