बजे सरगम हर तरफ़ से ताल कदमों पे जाये जाग जग पे जागे गीत ऐसा गूंजे बन के देस राग #PiyushPandey While Piyush Pandey ji will always be remembered for his unforgettable iconic ads [Fevicol, Cadbury, mSeal], my personal favorites are the two national integration campaign songs he created with with Suresh Malik, coined the timeless “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara” and its majestic follow-up “Baje Sargam Har Taraf Se, Goonj Ban Kar Des Raag.” A truly remarkable achievement in the Doordarshan era, these weren’t just songs, they were emotions, anthems India singing to itself. Mile Sur carried a charmingly populist filmy flavor, but Des Raag elevated the idea to a whole new level. It was a brilliant coming together of India’s finest ambassadors of culture, music, and dance, woven together with the magic of our greatest classical instrumentalists of our times. What a Feat! #PiyushPandey #InMemories #RIP

Immensely sad to know that the creative genius, the true blue ad guru and a cricket enthusiast- Piyush Pandey has passed away this morning. Gave us so many memorable gems and lived a wonderful life full of creativity. Irreparable loss for all of us. ॐ शांतिः ॥ #piyushpandey

@pappuchaaru comes strong out of the gate by describing Rajendra Kumar as having a “sabun” quality to his face. I will never be able to forget that 🤣

A veteran cricketer and coach who came so close thrice in the last 25 years finally got his hands on a trophy. Two iconic cricketers whose supporters often clash proved that they cared for the India flag more than anything else. A player who was booed by his home crowd for displacing an icon finally had redemption. A fielder nervelessly pulled off a boundary catch that justified all the years of practice The greatest bowler of our time did it when it mattered most. And his one year old son was there to watch him! The end of an amazing story, perhaps the start of another.
