@SeaOfThieves last season i did all the deeds. progress said 29/30 so i asked around if it was common issue. no response from anyone. new season and still dont have my title. thank you rare. thank you for nothing.

The last 3 Commendations to do on Guilds. It's not quite crew based or quite individually based...if there is more than 1 of you on the ship, it randomly decides who to give the progression to, tested it out in different ways and it seems to be random. @SeaOfThieves @SoT_Support
