@SoT_Support #SeaOfThieves Need help fixing a visual bug. Tried reinstalling, validating files, changing monitors, nothing has worked. It is very distracting to the eye as they worsen over time & more of them start showing up in places like my ammo bar and health bar location.

Hi there. Support tickets are the best way to contact our Support team as they have the ability to review your information and account info. If you tried raising a ticket earlier and experienced an issue where the submit button wasn't functioning, that should now be fixed. Cheers.

@SoT_Support @SeaOfThieves I have written a detailed ticket that I can't send sadly. Actually would prefer to not write my issues on X and have them solved here as many community players can't get enough spotlight on themselfs most of the time here and be treated properly.

If you really wanna do „fair” removal, check how many doubloons we earned during weekender. I’m sure you can track it, can you? Give us them back, even if it’s more than the limit. @SeaOfThieves #seaofthieves

I’m really happy that @SeaOfThieves is alive and commenting random posts, but can you maybe comment why you deleted doubloon items? At the start of weekender, I had circa 450 doubloons. I was sure they were reset. Grinded hard toward get all the items and now what? They are gone.

Update: As these players could use Doubloons they shouldn't have had to purchase high-value items, any Black or Smugglers' Market goods they've bought since the reset will be removed from their inventories in the next few days; they will need to be re-purchased with Doubloons earned fairly post-reset.

@CDarkseason @SeaOfThieves If this still isn't working for you, any more details you can provide would be helpful. As the survey is working for a lot of people, we're curious why it isn't loading for you as this might be impacting others.

The team have now applied the Amethyst Mercenary Eyepatch to all pirates who claimed the cosmetic via our most recent round of Twitch Drops, but were yet to receive it. The Mercenary Eyepatch that was awarded by mistake will remain in your chests.

@EliEelEye To be clear, these players are not receiving 4,000 Doubloons automatically, they are merely keeping Doubloons they have earned from Season 19 Renown or Bilge Rats Weekender activities they completed up to the maximum of 4,000.

@SoT_Support In my opinion if you are going to compensate people I say put EVERYONE at the 4k cap. People had enough doubloons to clear out Duke's shop. And they are getting another 4k on top of that. Now it feels like some people get to clear out Duke's stock twice but others get nothing.

Players who did not see their Doubloons converted to gold following last week's update should see this process take place in the next few days. This will exclude Doubloons earned from Season 19 Renown or during the Bilge Rats Weekender, up to the wallet cap of 4,000 Doubloons.

The team are aware of an issue where the Bilge Rats Weekender challenge list appears to be empty - this is purely a visual bug and tasks can still be completed: see the image below for the list (it's the same for all players). This issue will not be fixed during this Event, but will be addressed ahead of future Weekenders.

8,000 Bronze Pondies have now been handed in, meaning that anyone who has handed one in during the Event so far, or does so before it ends on March 30th (10am UTC), will receive the Meridian Hunter Double Barrel Pistol for their efforts. Well done earning it this time, pirates!

Finally, instances of loot disappearing from player ships and crews being migrated from servers during battle should no longer occur, following a server hotfix released late last week. Please let our Support team know if you’re still encountering these issues. 3/3

Our team are also aware of reported issues regarding pirates turning invisible when returning from the Ferry of the Damned - this is also being investigated, and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share. 2/3

Update 🧵The team are aware of an issue currently causing Rowboats found within Ashen Garrisons to disappear. We advise players to avoid using these specific Rowboats while we investigate and implement a fix. Rowboats found outside Ashen Garrisons are unaffected. 1/3

We are aware that the Obsidian Captain's Curtains, available through generous donations to Special Effect, are currently displaying the wrong design when applied to a ship. The team are aware and a fix will be rolled out as soon as possible.

@SeaOfThieves last season i did all the deeds. progress said 29/30 so i asked around if it was common issue. no response from anyone. new season and still dont have my title. thank you rare. thank you for nothing.
