The whole neilson ratings vs. soaptwitter thing is interesting. Because if we went by social media, GH is the "best soap" but YR is the highest rated per the Neilson ratings. The gap between YR & GH's ratings is too big for it to be a fluke.

@ThoughtsNOpts LOL I think there's enough GH engagement for there to be some useful fan feedback but not for the other soaps. So it can't really be used to give an overall picture of the five soaps' health.
