@eatadoughnut @ErrolLewis @ChrisLMcKenna I've always questioned how much long term benefits there were to these kind of shows. The concepts get old, they're open to a lot of lawsuits, they don't generate merchandise, etc. Plus, there's just a moral issue with what they often put out there as "normal" behavior.

It made sense reality tv became a big thing for networks because they were originally cheap to make but over the last decade the price of these shows have become more and more expensive. Do they really bring in big returns?

The guys on the show are probably angry since they won’t get more followers if the show is cancelled.

Romantic lead ≠ obligation to undress on-screen. Yes, soaps are known for "love in the afternoon." But an actor having a personal boundary about their bodies should not bar them from having a job. It's ridiculous no one is throwing the directors under the bus for bad love scenes

#GH it’s completely understandable if a actor may not want to do a love scene,My only issue with that is that their character should be single and not being paired in a romance because It literally part of the job description if you’re playing a romantic lead. That aside the bigger issue is how the show itself don’t know how to properly showcase intimacy between two characters that doesn’t look absurd and silly & still looks attractive and sexy without being a full on love scene. And the thing is we used to get those all the time. #GH

What I want to know is, who thought this was a good idea to hire this woman as the lead? The video of the chair-throwing is horrendous and with a small child present, whether it may, or may not have been edited. The scandals continue for this franchise.

To even casual observers, the rise and fall of Taylor Frankie Paul as the star of the ‘Bachelorette’ franchise was entirely predictable. But the most cynical read of the situation, writes @andreagonram, “is that executives ignore red flags — glaringly obvious ones documented in past court proceedings, on social media, and on her other television series — to make money off of someone who seems to be deeply unwell."
