@SoapJournalZine @SwCw1409 I was mostly frustrated at the lack of communication. Never blamed anyone for theft. But definitely have emailed twice over the last two months never got an update or response until we commented publicly about issues. Then I got a dm response. Still no email response

@SwCw1409 @cowgirlsrusinc You're both valid to be frustrated about timelines (so are we), but assuming fraud despite a consistent swath of US customers on here showing that they've received theirs, it's disappointing. If you quote your actual order number to us, then you'll get a clearer timeline.
