The bad news? 😩 Only 43% of women have ever asked for a pay rise at work, according to jobs site Indeed which surveyed 14,500 women around the world. I volunteered with @SoapboxExeter last weekend for a day of incredible women talking about science!! It was really inspirational hearing about their research and got me thinking about getting up on the podium next year 🤔👩🏻‍🔬 thank you to the lovely organisers for an amazing day!
