@TicTocTick It takes some working up to, but 5 day fasts I find tremendous. Maybe once per year. Where I think people go wrong is they drink too much water during fast and flush out their electrolytes without replacing. Most people don't make it to the end because of that.

期权和技术面怎么看现在的大盘 SPY：730-731是关键支撑，周线级别回调正在酝酿 明天预期变动区间上轨746、下轨730。 下方730-731形成密集支撑磁铁，但30分钟图目前极度疲软、缺乏反转信号，若周五反弹不能引发强势轧空，触及负区域后很容易被空头拒绝继续下探。 宏观周线上，若周五无法收高，周线MACD将确认交叉下行，意味着期待已久的周线级别回调正式开启。 不过长线趋势依然看好，年内SPY还是有机会到800。 再看更细的Gamma结构，负Gamma集中在7300到7500这个区间，标普相对纳指更有韧性一点，目前在740附近寻找Put支撑，下一个目标看730。 QQQ：看这篇（x.com/ArtofSpecuycky…） IWM：结构偏弱，8月走弱趋势可能被确认 明天预期变动区间上轨 295、下轨 289。1 小时图已经破坏此前更高低点结构，短线转弱。日线形成四重顶背离，目前最低回踩 EMA50（290 附近），若反弹至 EMA20（294.5）附近补掉缺口，仍倾向逢高回落。 相比 SPY 和 QQQ，IWM 对利率更敏感。目前 10 年期美债收益率升至 4.7% 附近，30 年期美债收益率已连续多日站上 5%，创 2007 年以来新高。高利率环境持续推高融资成本，而小盘股中大量公司更加依赖外部融资和滚动发债，因此更容易受到高收益率的压制。若收益率维持高位，IWM 即使跟随大盘反弹，也很可能在 295 附近遇阻回落；一旦跌破 290，8 月走弱趋势有望进一步确认，目前仍是三大指数中技术面最弱的一个。 VIX 周四VIX一度冲破20，随后波动率卖家下午进场打压，最终收于18.78，17附近的强负Gamma暴露和卖家入场说明，目前波动率卖家依然掌控着市场，短期VIX继续被压制在低位的可能性更大，但要警惕季节性波动 ：VIX 波动率指数在第三季度（特别是在中期选举年份）会出现季节性冲高，市场处于高度敏感期。 引用下下午发的Heisenberg老哥的这个图。
