@sgbuggs @AmericanAir Thanks, Shantel. It’s been something. Probably takes the cake for my worst travel experience, not least of all because of the circumstances w/ my family.

@AmericanAir is probably the worst airline it is ever my displeasure to fly with. I hate how prolific they are. Every time I fly them, there’s some god awful mechanical or staffing issue that leads to hours long delays.

@AmericanAir Sort of just screaming into the void now, documenting my last flight with @AmericanAir and why. This is all such a waste of precious time I could be spending with my family. And piss poor customer service at every turn - including from the social media arm.

@AmericanAir Latest info: Someone from my flight grabbed me in line and said gate agents at C11 gave him a hotel voucher. I went over and tried to get 1 since my flight is already rebooked. The women told me to get back in the customer service line. Quote: “We were helping, but not anymore.”

This morning, Google told me I’d hit my first 100 citations! I welcome this career milestone and am glad to know that my and my coauthors’ works have been engaged and (potentially) helped advance knowledge on important topics. Toward learning and solutions!

Feel like any time someone ponders this stuff, the basic premises of higher education are left untouched. Why would students want to use essay generation? Because the university is not seen as a place to engage with ideas but has been made into a job factory
