@ANTONIOEESPARZA @Chicago_NFL Stanford mostly destroyed the program with decisions they made that essentially eliminated 5th year players. Shaw overall was very successful. Smart dude who built tough teams. I think he’d be great as a non-play calling OC.

Drayk Bowen has been bad for quite awhile, but the media has said the opposite for some reason. @MikeGoolsby41 seems to be the only one who said that he’s been a liability out there, which is the truth. He’s been the worst LB in the rotation in the second half of the season.

@Johnathan_Wood1 It’s a plus that Allen was a former HC for Ben Johnson a first time HC to consult with. A staff full of first timers at their position would not be good. So I’m happy w/ Allen.

Quick look at Dennis Allen as DC. 14 years as HC or DC. 6 bottom 10 defenses in points allowed (5 bottom 5), 4 top 10 (2 top 5). Average of 18th. Seems.... fine. No evidence he can consistently elevate talent to avoid awful seasons, but also not incompetent.
