Renowned Malawian 🇲🇼 shoemaker Chimwemwe Mwenyemasi has signed a distribution agreement with South African retail chain PEP to sell his footwear across Africa. Although he was offered a work permit to operate in South Africa, he chose to manufacture the shoes in Malawi to create local jobs and help the country earn foreign exchange. The agreement follows his return from extensive footwear training in several African countries, where he improved his skills before securing the regional retail partnership.

Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa have submitted a joint bid to host the 2028 AFCON. Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger are interesting in hosting the AFCON in 2032. Libya has submitted a bid to host the 2028 or 2032 AFCON.

This is honestly crazy. African people are flooding into Ireland, into Europe, into every corner of the world and yet, they claim to hate white people. They tell us they have land, they are not colonised, they are free. And then they run. They flee. They abandon their countries to the very leaders they refuse to hold accountable. Why are African people like this? Why do they think this way? Why do they demand to live in countries they claim to despise? Why do they tell us we are xenophobic, while they flood every nation that has a functioning economy? Why do they tell us they have land and resources, while they beg for asylum in countries that are thousands of miles away? This is unacceptable. African people need to fix their countries. They need to stop running and start fighting. They need to hold their leaders accountable. They need to build the nations they deserve. Because no one else will do it for them. No one else will save them. They are the only ones who can change their countries. But instead, they run. They blame. They beg. They are victims. Aye suka mani. Fix your countries. Stop running. Start fighting. The world is tired of carrying you.
