All taxi drivers working in England should be capable of speaking fluent English. There is nothing controversial about stating this.

Exactly that. Billionaires & corporations can afford to pay the best accountants & lawyers, whereas the rest of us have to pay the maximum possible tax. 'Ignorance is not a defence for breaking the law' is fear enough to stop regular people from trying to save money on a tax system they'll never be able to fully comprehend. All of that said, I still think that if you are able to pay less while still remaining within the law - you should do so. Labour blames Tice for investing in his pension but they're the ones who are keeping that tax benefit in place. If they care so much, you'd think they'll remove it. But of course they won't remove it because their donors pay them to keep it there.

The funny thing is Tice used a law introduced by the previous Labour government to reduce his tax bill and now labour lefties are crying about it.
