1) I am now certain Tito is done after this year
2) I think that’s the right move and will be good for everyone (and most importantly his health)
3) This piece by Zack is beautiful and made me emotional.

@SocksCLE We went for our honeymoon almost 20 years ago. It’s just so heartbreaking and it sounds like it was utterly terrifying as it unfolded…no time to evacuate.

@BrianStewartOH Guy who cost Ohioans tens of millions to run this farcical election gets dunked on into the sun.
Take your L, you feckless clown car.

It was a privilege to work on Issue 1 and to to help drive this important debate about our Ohio Constitution. I never agreed with those who predicted low turnout, I encouraged all voters to make their voice heard every chance I had, and I am glad we had the robust, hard-fought contest I always believed was possible.
1.7 million Ohioans voted “no,” and 1.3 million Ohioans - including the overwhelming majority of my 12th House district - voted “yes.” It concerns me that the same out-of-state, dark money groups which spent tens of millions of dollars to defeat Issue 1 have preserved a status quo that allows them to buy policy in our governing document. However, the voters have spoken, so we must now move forward and work together to carefully protect Ohio’s Constitution in the electoral contests that inevitably lie ahead.
Throughout my time in public service I’ve always taken on the big issues and the tough fights, and I’ll keep doing so to make Ohio the best it can be.
