Day1: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders (this may be tough at first)
Day2: Cardio/Abs, Biceps, Back
Day3: Solely Leg focused
Day4:Rest/Core/Balance Isometrics and Extended Stretching/Foam Rolling.
Repeat.
Each day is hit twice within 7 days with one day rest in between.
