@EmilyAYoung1 It's also part of a bigger trend on how we search information, if memory serves, Alec from Technology Connections mentioned it. Search engines went from providing information, to providing answers. With LLMs being mainly used for this I fear it may keep on worsening research work

I worry for the people who rely on LLMs to fact-check; They aren't all-knowing, nor even especially clever. At best, they go by the information available to the public, same as anyone else, no more - Usually with a delay. They also have access to the same misinformation.
