@Sofology told us our sofa would be here before Xmas. Then told on or before the 18th of January. Today we find out it’s no where near. It’s absolutely fine. We love sitting on the floor. Absolutely zero communication to let us know either. Good job the wife called to check. 🤬

@amandacomms @Sofology @RSPCA_official @The_Blue_Cross I complained to them about piggies being portrayed as a commodity. I run a sanctuary full of unwanted piggies, and they said sorry it didn't resonate with me. Ridiculous and irresponsible advertising 🙄

Ordered an armchair from @Sofology @sofology_help 3 months ago & experiencing pretty poor service. Heard nothing from them at all in 3 months!! Their online chat doesn’t work & email to CEO bounced back. Beginning to wish I’d chosen another company now. Extremely disappointed.

@Sofology new sofa delivered and I have emailed and phoned multiple times and still no resolution. Promised a response yet nothing and left without this being sorted for Christmas. Terrible service. Please deal with this!

@Sofology delivery damaged our new £2k sofa-bed (fabric + frame) and also our lounge door frame. Waited 2 months for it. One call on 20 Dec, then silence. We had to chase on 29 Dec. Offered: wait 8 weeks for replacement, take a credit note, or £100 to keep it damaged

@Sofology When will I get my sofa? Ordered 100 days back and still no update. Your online support is pathetic and no visibility on the delivery.

@Sofology A 3 piece suite was bought from your stores, and has sadly become less than fit for purpose within a short period of time. The sofa arm has come away from the sofa. The original purchaser (my father) has unfortunately had to reside in a care home due to illness.

@Sofology worst customer service I’ve experienced in long time. I was supposed to receive my sofa suite today however due to YOUR incompetence putting the incorrect delivery address I’m told I won’t get it today, probably not tomorrow and nobody has phoned me back. Disgraceful.
