Congratulations to Michelle Meeks on another outstanding year. Although it was cut short with a knee injury she still managed to be our team’s Silver Slugger and Gold Glove award winner.

Congratulations to sophomore, Jiselle Lopez! She was voted our team’s Most Valuable Player as well as earning Second Team All-District.

Congrats are in order for sophomore, Allison Slaten, for earning a Second Team All-District Outfield. Congrats, Allison!

Congratulations to Aria Zaharis for winning our Bleed Purple award. Very well deserved, Aria!

Celebrating our only senior - Nicole Gallegos. The game didn’t go the way we wanted but you played great and made memories. Best of luck to you at Texas Woman’s University. #alwaysamaverick

Strike Out Cancer game tonight at MRHS vs Cinco Ranch. Who are you playing for?

She started the game off 0-3 and was upset about it. I told her the right moment would come and boy did it. Bases loaded in the seventh and she clears them all with her triple. Allison Slaten came up big when we needed her the most. Total. Team. Effort.

Jiselle Lopez had a monster game in our 9-5 win over Mayde Creek. She pitched 7 innings allowing just 1 earned run and striking out 6. She also went 4-4 at the plate with 3 doubles before they intentionally walked her in her last at bat. Total. Team. Effort. @LopezJiselle

Mavericks with a great win over Taylor 6-5 in our district opener. Our pitcher, Jiselle Lopez, with one of the best games of her career going 3 for 4 with 2 HRs accounting for all 6 RBI and getting the walk off single in the bottom of 7th. @KatyTimesSports @KatyISDAthletic
