Softball Ulster members: a (virtual) Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been scheduled for Tuesday 2 December at 7 p.m.

It's the first day of winter, the shortest day of the year. But you know what that means: every day after this is going to be longer, until there's finally enough light in the evening to play softball again

The EGM is over, and a quorum was attained. Thanks to everyone who was able to attend the meeting and help us get that bit of business sorted. Now, on to the end-of-season awards, and, soon enough, softball

The meeting ID and password are printed in the meeting agenda which been sent via email to all SU members

A reminder to all Softball Ulster members that an Extraordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for this Thursday, 2 December at 7 p.m. Check your emails for the meeting agenda and supporting documents

We hope to see as many of you as can make it (at least 34!) online at the EGM. Check your emails for more details

This meeting will be to ratify October's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is necessary because the quorum of 34 members was not achieved then.
