1 month old Godrej AC already defective. Service team took the AC 9 days ago, still no resolution. Repeated calls & emails ignored. Being asked to wait 10-15 days in this heat is unacceptable. Very poor experience with @GodrejAppliance @GodrejGroup Complaint No: 489694

@GodrejAppliance The brand new ac apparently the tray has a leakage that’s what the technician came and informed and approved a new one has been ordered , and company will provide , no timeline, no date , no Message received…about cooling he things it’s perfect since he came from outside..amazed

Thinking twice before buying from @GodrejAppliance and @VijaySales 🤔 Customers are being pushed to buy expensive extended warranties, but when actual support is needed, complaints remain unresolved and cases get closed without proper service. Very disappointing customer experience and poor accountability. Purchased Godrej 1.5T AC (Feb 2023, Noida) from @VijaySales with ₹6000 extended warranty. Now AC not cooling for 5–6 days. @GodrejAppliance technician confirms Outdoor PCB failure but demands ₹15,000 despite valid warranty. Both brands keep redirecting each other—no accountability, 1+ hour wasted. This is clear customer harassment.
