the gambia is one of the most xenophobic countries around. our citizenship laws are stupid as hell.
some of these folks in ghana town are second or third generation “gambians “—whatever the hell that means. everyone of them should be granted citizenship.

The Gambian government should scrutinize the issue of citizenship regarding the people of Ghana Town. It's pathetic to be stateless in a country where you're born & all your previous generations. It denies them key national documents needed for them to attain their dreams.
