This week @paulraymer9 attended the @WorldAgriTech Summit and came back with some strong takeaways. A lot of the discussion focused on how quickly things are evolving. AI and data-driven decision making on the farm came up often, along with biological inputs and new approaches to crop health. There was also a strong emphasis on measuring real outcomes, especially around soil carbon and sustainability. It’s always valuable to be in the room with leaders who are driving sustainable agricultural practices forward and working toward shared goals. Good conversations and plenty to take back from this one!

Got a start on @SoilOptix '26 today. Cold and snow covered in Bright. Warm and no snow 50 minutes south west in Fingal. Gotta love the weather in Ontario.

Every seed has a sweet spot! When you plant without knowing your soil nutrient variability, you’re relying on averages, and averages leave yield on the table. SoilOptix® high-resolution mapping shows you exactly where those sweet spots might be and shows where targeted inputs will make the biggest difference. With 25+ layers of data, you can place seed, fertilizer, and amendments with precision, not guesswork. That means fewer wasted inputs, and a better return on every acre you plant. This fall, map before you plant and turn precision planting into precision profits. Learn more at: SoilOptix.com

Recently, SoilOptix® was mentioned in a few blog posts coming out of South Korea that explore soil analysis and precision agriculture technologies. It’s encouraging to see high-resolution soil mapping becoming part of broader global discussions around understanding soil variability and improving field-level decision making. For us, it’s more than a conversation. It’s work that’s actively happening in fields around the world as more operations adopt high-resolution soil mapping to better understand and manage their soils.

We were on site today at the TCO Spring Grower Information Day connecting with growers and sharing how detailed soil data can unlock new insights across the field! The day was packed with grain and fertilizer market updates, and we also heard insights from local experts, Greg Stewart and Peter Johnson, who opened the floor for an agronomy Q&A. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the #SoilOptix booth for a conversation

It was a great week in Brazil for SoilOptix® as part of the Canadian AgTech Mission. @paulraymer9 connected with growers and partners at a farm show, met with leading researchers at an agricultural university, and made several other stops along the way that sparked meaningful conversations. We’re grateful to have him there representing #SoilOptix, and we’re excited for him to bring these ideas and new connections back home. #AgTech #PrecisionAg

Paul wrapped up a week in Mexico last week as part of a Team Canada trade mission supported by the Trade Commissioner Service (@TCS_SDC). With more than 370 delegates in attendance, the focus was on building strong connections and creating new opportunities for collaboration across borders. While there, @paulraymer9 toured the vegetable oil production plant Grupo Oleomex to learn more about local processing and supply chains. He also spent time with Ricardo Davila from our Mexico service provider Tierra Inteligente, who joined him in B2B meetings throughout the trip. It was a great opportunity to strengthen an already strong partnership and explore new ways to grow precision ag in Mexico. Paul also had the chance to meet Tim Louis during the mission. We’re proud to have Paul representing SoilOptix® as a Canadian delegate and grateful for partners who are helping move smarter soil management forward.

Our team had an engaging and insightful time at the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention yesterday. During the ‘Decision Support Tools for Soil Fertility Management’ sessions, our Research Scientist, Sarah Lepp, had the privilege of presenting on how soil data can guide nutrient management in horticultural crops, demonstrating how high‑resolution mapping supports smarter fertilizer decisions and stronger results. Between presentations and the trade show, we had some really thoughtful conversations with ag professionals from across the industry. Thanks to everyone who connected with us! #ofvc2026 @ofvc1

The 8th Annual SoilOptix® Service Provider Forum wrapped up today after bringing together forward-thinking voices from across our network for a full agenda covering hardware and software updates, insights, innovations, and real-world expertise. Some of the highlights of the forum were: Justin Strasburg, Tech Specialist with Crop Tech Solutions (@theCropTech), challenged attendees to rethink how data is collected, emphasizing predictive analytics and efficient returns for modern operations. John Lanthier, President & CEO of Market Smart Inc., delivered a timely outlook on the 2026 commodity markets and the forces shaping tomorrow’s decisions. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversations. The ideas shared here will continue to influence strategies, partnerships, and innovation long after the forum ends.

Great conversations in Ottawa last night alongside leaders from across Canadian agriculture! The fireside chat, hosted by Kim McConnell, delivered an engaging discussion featuring Kody Blois, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister Mark Carney. The conversation covered everything from global relationships with China, the US, Europe, India, and the UK, to the growing reality that agriculture now touches multiple ministries and plays a critical role in Canada’s broader economic future. One message came through clearly. Canada is a strong agricultural nation with deep global respect, but staying competitive means continuing to innovate and act with intention. The opportunity is here, and the world is paying attention. It is a pivotal moment for the industry, and we are proud to be part of the conversation shaping what comes next. Were you there too? #CdnAgDay

Earlier this week, Paul made his way to the Mid-Atlantic Fruit & Vegetable Conference and spent some time visiting our service provider, Snyder's Crop Service, at their booth. The conference brought together growers from across the region for educational sessions, expert talks, and a trade show showcasing fruit, vegetable and specialty crop solutions. #MAFVC @SnyderJrscsllc

Our Thailand customer, Wondermilk, recently shared some great behind the scenes content from their soil scanning project in Indonesia. The team captured the SoilOptix® sensor set up on the tractor before heading out to the field. Every scan helps build a clearer picture of what’s happening below the surface, giving growers better data to support more informed, precise decisions across different regions and soil types. Where will we see #SoilOptix next?

When soil variability gets simplified, small but meaningful differences across a field can be overlooked. Our case study on "A Clear Advantage Over Zone Sampling" shows how SoilOptix® high-resolution soil mapping supports more informed fertilizer strategies, helps identify areas where inputs can be reduced, and gives consultants greater confidence when building VRT prescriptions based on what’s actually happening in the soil. It’s a practical look at how SoilOptix® data can help make better use of existing input budgets. You can read the full case study here: soiloptix.com/case_studies/a…
