gpt-5.4 read 4.7 million of our cold emails
it found one pattern that explained 71% of the positive replies
not the subject line. not the hook. not the personalisation.
the time between prospect open and human follow-up
we wrote the 5-minute rule playbook covering instrumentation, alerting, routing, scripts
like + comment 'REPLY' and i'll DM you. (must be following)

I get asked constantly:
"What's the ONE thing that moves the needle most?"
Honest answer: It's not one thing. It's a system.
Research → Brief → Create → Test → Learn → Iterate
Each step has a framework. Each framework has been refined across $50M+ in spend.
I packaged all of it into one toolkit.
6 interactive tools. 100+ frameworks. Used daily by our team.
Like & comment "SYSTEM" and I'll send details.

"you have to show your face, build a personal brand and speak in front of a camera for 4 hours a day!!"
stop falling for all this bs
i've made multi 6-figures without ever revealing mine or my clients' faces
and yes, without spending a dollar on ads
you can literally create & sell info products worth $100k+ in less than 3 months (without showing your face)
i created a doc showing how you can do the same in the most successful ways

@VigneshKandi @_mysidequest Thanks! Going to take it as learning experience and have fun at the same time 😊
English

@Soini2Mikko @_mysidequest Good luck with this 😀

In my experience the most CMR:s are quite expensive for starting out entrepreneurs for example Hubspot. Some are quite complicated and hard to learn effectively. My focus is to build CMR which is fun & easy to use.

on cold calls, if you want to get past the receptionist,
the easiest way to disarm her is
just throw a bunch of buzzwords, as fast as possible.
e.g.
"Hi, I'm wondering if you could help me please -
I'm calling in relation to a DECC seminar that we're putting on in 3 weeks time to do with your business' carbon floor price, and the submissions of its voluntary carbon buyouts at a European level.
Could you let me know how we need to send the invite to?
[pause, she's still bamboozled at this point]
If it helps, it's normally the same person who deals with the electricity or the gas."
SHE'S GETTING PAID MINIMUM WAGE TO TURN DOWN COLD CALLS.
she's not going to know what ANY of that waffle at the start meant,
and while still thinking about it,
when you hit her (metaphorically) with the
"it's usually the person who deals with [department you're targeting]"
she snaps out of her stun & does the first knee-jerk reaction which is to give you the info you need.
this is literally how I drove my sales team to £2,000,000,000/year in closed deals.

@thedulab 5 min prep for opening speech with audiance about 50 people. No powepoint. Nothing. Some my colleges said that It had to be some how scripted because it was so well structured and entertaining.
I think I will lean on those things even more, because of that tweet
English

@thedulab For me it's poetry & public speeking.
Written poems to my friends wedding, which made everyone tear up and sobbing (you could hear them). Funny thing was that I wrote that poem in about 15min + 15min rest of the speech.

You know you're good at something when you ironically feel like a bit of an imposter when you're doing it
I've been putting out thoughts for years and have been told hundreds of times that I have a gift. But even today I'm still kind of just like "no way that's crazy haha"
It's an interesting feeling. I'm fully aware of it because of the consistent validation I receive but simultaneously it seems like I'm cheating in a way
Never "studied" writing. No drafts scheduled. Have maybe read less than 10 legit books in full after middle school. I have no clue how it works but shit just happens in my life, I feel emotions, and the words naturally flow
Reading this right now before I press send and it sounds like I'm tooting my own horn too much. Fuck it maybe I am! Which proves the point. Bro idk how I do it. It just happens
Lesson here is, there's gotta be something you feel this way about too. Really examine yourself. It should seem like you're almost "getting away" with or borderline undeserving of the results you see
Where have you never felt like you had to "try?" Where you're just "doing you?" Where it's a "huh... really?" This is pure. Can't teach it. Therefore you absolutely need to lean into it full throttle. Gold, and you're sitting on it
