If you post gaming content on TikTok you most definitely need to be taking advantage of the gaming incentive program or GIP for short. This program pays you a CPM for every 1k views for posting videos on specific games and following their guidelines. If your video is good, the studios may run your video as an ad and you’ll get growth and exposure from it. Here’s what I’ve made in just one year. You can find this by going to your analytics section of TikTok app under monetization > gaming incentive program.

@nekaishi Way too many artists with whom I worked didn’t deliver within my deadline. I have a job, physiotherapy, singing lessons and a life, besides streaming, so everything is planned with a schedule, but I can’t even try to plan anymore a streaming event that requires artists to work.

One reason I’ve noticed people using AI isn’t even because they want to use it, but rather because they want to protest some really shitty anti-consumer practices from a TON of artists Trying to control what you say with your model, revoking your rights to your own model, 500% upcharges, charging literally like 100x their monthly income for basic low quality art, lying, ghosting, gaslighting, virtue signaling, denying people for being male, making significantly worse, and lazy art compared to their advertised art, incredibly poor business sense—the list goes on I LOVE my artists, and I want to pay them incredibly fairly while helping them grow their business alongside mine. I want to be part of that Not everyone however has had the positive experiences I’ve been lucky enough to build with my current artists. A lot of people have only dealt with the bad ones I mentioned earlier I believe in supporting artists, but it would be completely disingenuous to ignore how toxic, entitled, demeaning, and unbelievably greedy the space has gotten People use AI because the space has become fucking dog shit, and it’s hard to find an artist you can actually trust with a simple conversation—let alone months of income and your entire career I believe we should support artists, but we should also support creators. The complete and total LACK of that second part is part of the problem, and it’s why we’re here right now

@RakiRabies I suggest you crepe.cm (you just need to use Google Chrome -> right click -> translate). I’ve received my c0mmissions always in time, all within a week. Artists there are more professional and a lot faster. Many of them offer 1week c0mmissions and even “same day”.

@zachbussey What I’m noticing is also that the count of viewers when an ad play goes down by about 30% and when the ad ends it takes a few seconds and goes back up to how it was before the ad started. Then the revenue is going down and down.
