This is an interesting report. Councils have a wealth of tools to tackle anti-social behaviour & stop it from escalating.
In Gloucestershire, we now have the excellent joint @SolaceTeam0 right across the County, who are experts in using these tools.

Attended a really interesting ASB networking day run by @SolaceTeam0 with speakers from @RJGlos @Glos_OPCC @Glos_Police @VictimSupport and one of the bits I loved was this guy sharing about behaviours, and how behaviours happen for a reason! #ASBAW23 #ASBAwarenessWeek
