Sent 2 of the 28 new projects reviewed to be assessed by ALGOS101: 1. Multi media marketing tool with extensive qualified lists 2. Recycling plant for used tires Will post results after consultant reports.

Managed to contract the COVID - spent the day eating paracetamol and reviewing project applications - restricted against physical “interaction” till the weekend so lots of zooms and paperwork methinks.

Big prep week: the end of year accounts are significant for our funding n 2024 - all targets met but we want them exceeded & allow bigger investment to accelerate the income producing projects - conglomerate accounts / budget distribution really matters.

All hands on deck here at Solalgo - 4 developing projects & 2 projects in development with 4 more in planning. The team is a touch stretched while we await the arrival of Martin & Bridgette. It would be fair to say we probably need a couple more on board TBH.

Solalgo have taken a 3 month partnership purchase option for IPR & commercial roll-out of tech relating to EV charging efficiency developed by a Scandinavian university & held by educational trust administered by the unicameral. Conditions are attached to the option.

Just met a Uni R&D group developing a series of tech for EV charging kits – lots of acronyms, (CCS, NACS etc) & reams of cost analysis / logistics for a product that eventually could have serious legs. Algo & Team will look further into it this week.

Pretty mundane day - lots of paperwork (hate Excel even if it is a great tool). Lots of new project enquires to plough through & a minefield of legal & accounting stuff to test my will to live. “Bureaucracy is a giant mechanism operated by Pygmies” -(No offense to Pygmies mind)

We had a long meeting with a potential CEO for ModusPay. She’s English - worked in S Africa as Associate Partner in a Top 5 accountant firm - 22 years Chartered - logistics & transactions expertise - we made an offer - she’ll get back to us next week

Admin and accounts this morning - afternoon & evening top heavy with meetings - 2 legal (Budz & Modus) 2/3pm- CEO interview for Modus (more later) 4pm- Bank distressed asset disposal 6.30pm - US investor 8.30pm. - no rest for the wicked!
