In a contentious Scottsdale City Council meeting, dozens spoke out against an ordinance that eliminates DEI programs and funding. One of those speakers was Don Logan, the previous Scottsdale Diversity Director. Logan was injured by a white supremacist in a targeted package bomb attack in the early 2000's.
