ERCOT West solar (white line in plot) almost fully curtailed on an 81gw peak demand day. Not the first or last time. I am interested to see how the curtailment dynamics shift as more solar takes PTC and old wind PTCs expire. #ERCOT

@Aaron_PE_ I’m not the one with the concerns. It’s the Department of Defense who requires the security. I’m asking why - if as you say, they are stationary non accessible concrete blocks - is there a security requirement?

@CXCarroll These aren’t concerns - these are reality. Simple facts. There are individuals who will forever be employed by the US Defense Department to defend these locations. Is this not true?
