@Sole_Senpai I remember burning cds with family and playing those flash games on kids cartoon websites. I remember my portable dvd player and PS2. They were good times.

@SolelyArts It was truly a different time. I mean, you can play games from back then to see how different it truly was. They’re practically time machines for what was allowed and what wasn’t- popular means of communication, etc.

I have been a part of the art community since before 2003. 99.9% of artists past 2008 are not nice, do not reciprocate and are some of the most arrogant people on Earth. I do not miss interacting with most of them. The old timers moved on for a reason.

@Sole_Senpai I was practically a toddler back in 03 so I can’t comment on internet culture then, I’m was just talking in the macro-macro-macro sense. Then again, anything can feel small and momentary at that scale. 😅

@SolelyArts I can’t really convey this, but it was still a vastly different place, the internet in 2003. I didn’t get many likes but I got many comments. People were more interested in chatting than clicking a thumbs up.
