The Handmaid's Tale, 40th anniversary edition looks so good especially the right with edge painting, extra story, and preface from Margaret Atwood herself.... but too bad its only exclusive to Canada The left one is papeback and imprint of Vintage, so available worldwide

Great chart, I would add two more things here, 1/ that the increased risk of migraines can also occur in that initial estrogen drop around ovulation and 2/ executive dysfunction around ovulation is a reality for some folks as well

Sad to see this graphic continue the misinformation that endo is rooted from retrograde menstruation. We would love to know how men, pre pubescent girls, menopausal people, and people with hysterectomy still grow endo lesions 🧐 the fact is retrograde theory cannot explain this

The fake studies/citations online are out of control. Just saw a bunch of fake studies on a website > internet search to confirm whether they're real > "AI overview" then cites the website that had the AI generated fake study on it... 🔃 we are in an information trash loop

@followingmybody I picked the number 66 for me because I read 34 last year. I just try to read like a minute (audio) or 1 pg a day, and let my love of reading guide me…which is something I’m relearning because school ruined it haha. I’m at 55 books already, which is amazing!
