You may well know that AI has a memory problem. But did you know it has an oracle problem, too? The oracle problem is a well-understood one in blockchain: A ledger is a perfect machine for agreeing on what's already inside it. The moment it needs to know something about the outside world, it has to trust an external source. Get that data wrong and the most secure system in the world faithfully records a lie. 📝 Structurally, AI is extremely similar. When an agent needs current information, the accepted workaround is this: query dozens of web pages, reconcile the contradictions, synthesize an answer. Three to five minutes later, you get a response. ⏰✅ Now multiply that by everyone: Ten people asking the same question. Ten agents crawling the same sites. Ten independent attempts to decide what's true, with no memory of the nine that came before. 🧐 LLMs are rebuilding the same knowledge from scratch, billions of times a day. And we still can't fully trust the result! The answer is a shared, verifiable substrate of truth. Agent conclusions anchored on-chain with a hash and a timestamp. Fast to retrieve. Immutable to verify. The redundant work done once, and reused. Supra is already in the business of verifying external truth at scale. Our oracle network is live across 50+ blockchain ecosystems.
