Today was day 1 of our outdoor swimming for well-being project. For young adults 16-24 who are struggling with mental health challenges or isolation post lockdown. It’s a great example of collaboration between @SolihullRural @livingwellbrum and Dosthill quarry. @TennantRuth

Today is #NationaGriefAwarenessDay. We offer a range of different services at Living Well that support those who have experienced grief including bereavement counselling, therapy sessions and free access to our virtual therapy room. No one is in this alone 🧡

Today we were aiming to deliver 350 1st Covid vaccines to our patients, we say aiming cos at the end of the day, we had 51 no shows, we despair, the amount of work that goes into organising all wasted. If you cant keep an appt, please cancel it in good time.
