The best advice I can ever give to have good relationships with your friends, family, or partner is just communication. Can't do something? Thats okay! Just say so, ghosting is such a plague today and its really detrimental to relationships.

@GoffIsElite This is the misconception I'm talking about. Labeling it as evil when it is simply a tool that can be used to help people, furthers the narrative that mental illness can be downplayed or just "outworked"

Saw a dumbass post about how people don't need ssri drugs or antidepressants and they just need to "go to the gym and work out like crazy." Yes working out does help but it doesn't just magically fix you. I hate the downplay of mental illness and all the misconceptions.
