The hurricane damage in Appalachia is severe. Entire communities are either cut off or unaccounted for. Generosity has meant locals no longer have to fear starvation, but the next step will be rebuilding what was lost. Infrastructure will take time, but everyone is ready to help. Doctors are working out of schools to fill prescriptions and people who just lost their homes are shoveling roads. The situation is extreme but so is the determination. Thank you all for the aid, prayers, and love. Never been more proud of home.
