@SoltheVA Yeah, playing it now. I already know the story of 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 thanks to a series called Lore Dump, so I have some background knowledge. I just want to get gaiden done so I can see my boy ichiban (love kiryu too, but ichiban is my goat)

Just finished yakuza like a dragon.... Um, yeah, it's fucking peak. It's bow my number 10 favorite game of all time, and Ichiban is one of my favorite protags ever. What a ride. Next up, gaiden.

@MikeBear013 Yeah it was so heartfelt, Ichiban was the right kind of protagonist to tell that story, and he does it too in IW. Idk if you’ll play the man who erased his name but it’s a pretty good introduction to kiryu’s character without needing to play 6+ games and it bridges things nicely!

@SoltheVA It was such an emotional story, and it would not work if Ichiban was not the mc. I'm excited to get to iw, but gotta deal with kiryu and the secret organization he works for.

Guys, I've made it to Chapter 5 (the part where Adachi rejoins the party) and honestly, I think Ichiban is the goat. Like, I'm not that far into the game, but my guy really is peak. Yakuza 7 is so much fun, ngl.

@JakeWatzmanVA @KJBurbankVA All too real, songs would get stuck in my head all the time. I was fortunate enough to get cast as Mike and for his solo they had me drilling tap numbers which was grueling in the moment but fun in hindsight. I regret not doing more musicals lowkey
