// ANSWERING COMMUNITY QUESTIONS To clarify and elaborate further, we want to provide more context regarding our earlier announcement. We had an agreement to allow some hired Unibot team members to form a team and separately launch Unibot on Solana with our branding and community channels (which team is hereinafter referred to as the “ex-Unibot-Solana team”), while we, the parent company and founders of Unibot, would have a 20% stake. Even though some might not agree with a 20% stake for the Unibot core team, this was the original agreement. The ex-Unibot-Solana team failed to honor this commitment after many polite requests. As a business partner who let the ex-Unibot-Solana team use our branding and community channels, this broke the trust between us. Beyond this breach of trust, another greater concern was triggered when the ex-Unibot-Solana team launched the Blast bot, called "evm_unibot," without discussing it with us at all. This was conducted without our authorization, utilizing our social media platforms for promotion. The Blast evm_unibot also did not have a withdrawal button, and some users were concerned that they couldn't withdraw funds. All of the above led to increasing concerns. As part of our standard operating procedures, our core team ensures Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance with all close partners. We sought clarification on this matter, yet our inquiries were disregarded. We do, however, acknowledge our own oversight in not obtaining KYC information upfront. After discussing it with our close partners and trusted advisors, it's best that we go our separate ways and continue the Solana development in-house.
