If you haven't yet read my latest article, now is a good time. It has been updated to include how a former military intel figure was involved in planning for the JFK motorcade in Dallas, and a section on the inner workings of the Dallas PD's mysterious Special Service Bureau. 👇

And who Chaired the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) between 1995 to 1997 when the ARRB was seeking access to the Church Committee records?

New Bonus Episode is out with Mark Adamczyk and Andrew Iler: two lawyers who are both co-authors with me on The JFK Assassination Chokeholds, and two of the very few people who've read the 1992 JFK Records Act as closely as it deserves. Their new three-part article, "The War on Oliver Stone's JFK Records Act," traces a line from the media pile-on against Stone's film, through two secret CIA memos written months before the law even passed, all the way to a problem nobody in the mainstream press wants to touch: more than 27,000 binding legal orders issued by the Assassination Records Review Board appear to have gone missing at the National Archives. If those orders are gone, so is the only real mechanism Congress built to hold the government to its word. We get into all of it, including their recent trip to the national archives in College Park, Maryland.

The Education Forum archive on JFK Records just got a major rebuild: jfkrecords.org/edforum.html Instead of treating scraped pages as “threads,” it now uses the real forum structure: • 19,208 actual threads • 415,819 searchable comments • Search results grouped by thread • Exact phrase search • Matching thread/comment counts • Full thread viewer with highlighted hits • Original forum URL links • Much better readability The emergency scrape saved the material - this version makes it usable.

My latest: "The Military Intelligence Connections Behind the JFK, Oswald Murders & Cover-up" “Everybody in the intelligence field in this area knew Oswald. And everybody knew Ruby.” — Col. Rudolph M. Reich (Ret.), 112th Intelligence Corps Group, July 24, 1996 Much new to consider

Mark Adamczyk, Jeff Crudele and Andrew Iler had a productive meeting this week with @RepLuna about continuing problems of non-compliance with the JFK Records Act, the lack of a complete index of records and the missing ARRB Final Determinations. More news to come. Stay tuned!!

@TruthSerum2016 @SolvingJfk By the time West evaluated Ruby, he had already been involved in the Ruby case since late Nov 1963! O'Neill: "Seemingly as soon as the story of Oswald’s murder hit the presses, Jolly West tried to insinuate himself into the case." - See Max Arvo article: kennedysandking.com/john-f-kennedy…

New Bonus Episode is out today with @jeff_kaye. I sits down with psychologist, Jeff Kaye (Hidden Histories on Substack), to unpack a corner of the JFK story almost nobody talks about: the Warren Commission quietly hired Dr. Winfred Overholser, the recently retired chief of D.C.'s St. Elizabeth's Hospital, to advise on Oswald and Ruby. On paper he was just a respected psychiatrist. Off paper Olverholser chaired the OSS Truth Drug panel, supplied the "brainwashing" cover story that buried U.S. officers' Korean War germ warfare confessions, and ran a hospital with a formal CIA agreement that let Agency staff commit people involuntarily to protect sources and methods. Jeff traces Overholser, his successor Dr. Dale Cameron, and Commission consultant Dr. Bryant Wedge back to the same MK Ultra world that produced Sidney Gottlieb and Jolly West, the CIA cleared psychiatrist who showed up in Jack Ruby's jail cell right before Ruby's "psychotic break." Small world.

Thanks so much, Matt, for the opportunity to discuss my work in the CIA's intervention to steer the Warren Commission on question of Oswald's bio & alleged motivations!

A new bonus episode is out today with Bart Kamp. Bart came on Solving JFK to talk about Prayer Man, the figure standing in the doorway of the Texas School Book Depository while JFK was being shot. Bart has spent over a decade arguing that figure is Lee Harvey Oswald, which would mean Oswald was not on the sixth floor with a rifle. We also tear into the second floor lunchroom encounter with Officer Marrion Baker and ask whether it ever actually happened. James Hosty's interrogation notes have Oswald saying he went outside to watch the parade. Ochus Campbell told the New York Herald Tribune the next morning that he saw Oswald in a storage room on the first floor right after the shots. Baker's own first day affidavit doesn't mention the second floor at all. There is a lot to think about in this episode.
