@Nehssi_ Je peux t’assurer qu’ un repas qui dépasse largement mes kal je le paie bien comme il faut. De toute façon le système de cheat meal est nul. Suffit de se faire plaisir tout en restant dans les calories ingérables. Après je fais 2m donc j’ai un total max assez haut. Ça aide.

j’adore trixy mais elle oublie un point important: repas plaisir c’est un repas plaisir, ça vaut pas le coup de faire une pyramide sur lequel va faire le « moins de dégâts » alors qu’à côté de ça vous avez une diète plutôt clean, c’est pas UN repas ou deux dans la semaine qui va niquer votre progrès non plus, déculpabilisez la bouffe par pitié, en tant qu’ancienne TCAs ce genre de tweet peut vraiment trigger :/

mettez le problème à l’envers: c’est pas en mangeant une salade/mois que vous allez perdre du poids, le plus important c’est l’équilibre, et surtout adaptez à VOUS, la perte de poids c’est pas censé être un calvaire à ce point sinon personne ne tiendrait

NEW: Canadian curling star Marc Kennedy claims he was set up by "premeditated" cameras to catch him "in an act" of cheating. The Canadian curling team is now claiming to be victims after they were caught on camera 'double-touching' the stone. "They have come up with a plan here at the Olympics, as far as I know, to catch teams in the act at the hog line," Kennedy said. "This was planned... it was kind of evident that something was going on, and they were trying to catch us in an act." Kennedy and Coach Paul Webster accused Sweden of setting up cameras to catch them cheating. "I know we’re not the only team that they’ve done that to. So I think this was, I don’t know what the word is for that, but like a premeditated plan to try to catch us," Kennedy said. Sweden is firing back at Canada, saying they've been sounding the alarm on alleged Canadian cheating for seven or eight years. "We've been saying this for maybe seven, eight years or something. The media crew decided to place the camera on the hog line to see what was happening..." said Niklas Edin of Sweden.

Doctor looked at my chart and said: “You’re only 27.” “Pain is normal for women.” “Have you tried losing weight?” “Sometimes women exaggerate cramps.” “What if this is just stress?” I said I can’t function. I can’t stand up without seeing stars. I’m scared. He said: “Let’s not jump to invasive procedures.” “What if you want kids soon?” “A biopsy can cause scarring.” “You don’t want to risk fertility over heavy periods.” Heavy periods. Not hemorrhaging. Not anemia. Not collapsing in the shower. Heavy periods. He offered birth control for the fourth time. I said, “I don’t care about preserving fertility. I care about not blacking out.” He paused. “Have you discussed that with your partner?” So I brought him. Doctor to him: “Are you okay if she can’t have children?” “You’re young. You might want a family.” “Would that be a dealbreaker?” Him: “She needs to stop bleeding. That’s the only family planning we’re discussing.” Suddenly the biopsy was scheduled. @kamkamtheone @BFMTV Tu ne voudrais quand même pas qu'on augmente RÉELLEMENT le budget de l'EN ? La tendance c'est plutôt de piocher dedans pour financer les retraites des anciens fonctionnaires. Perso j'ai été dans une toute petite école primaire de campagne où on était 15/classe, c'était parfait.
