The Apprentice was a wildly popular television show, and Donald Trump is no stranger to the big screen. He's done commercials and TV interviews his entire life, as well as guest appearances of all kinds. Very Ronald Regan, in that regard. At a deeper level, he is also his own man in business. He's not a working man, answering to other people. Since no one can criticize him on that they make up stories about Israel, or Russia. SSDD. He was well liked, and a Democrat. He's been an Independent. He's not really a Republican. He made his own political party, and won, three times. They had to cheat, and lie, and try to kill him in order to stop him from freeing us from the gangs, mobsters and criminals. He is the legitimate outsider. Self-made man in a sea of mobsters and petty theives. He was not astroturfed, or bought out. Joe Biden's entire life was in supposed 'service' to his country, but the reality is he was in service to himself. Kamala Harris' rise to power is a Cinemax late night special. Obama is a construct. Bush Jr. played dumb, and his dad played JFK. If anyone was going to Central Casting their way out of the problems we face at the Executive Level, it would be @realDonaldTrump.

He keeps saying central casting because that’s exactly what it is. They’re not leaders, they’re characters.

Problem with education is the idea of: 'in loco parentis', where educators see they themselves as the parent, overruling you. Parents have been demanding better education and educators have been blaming parents for children failing in school. Meanwhile, educators believe this. Just so you know, this is not about children who have been adopted. If you take classes on education itself they will teach you this madness applied to all students.

The only difference between the radical left and the rest of the country is that they've recognized the latent anger in the population, and decided to wield it like a saber. They manipulate their followers, foment violence, and even put out hit lists. Still, pointing that out is what people get stuck on. There's still the elephant in the room of the very angry population. The anger is legitimate. There's only two offramps, and we avoided one. The radical leftists were going to stir the population into a frenzy of fear and helplessness. They still try, every day. They just don't control all the levers of power, anymore. The rest of the country is still trying not to be angry, and find a solution. That's why everyone hates radial leftists, even moderates. You ever tried to put your heads together to solve a problem that was important, only to have some nitwit acting like a fool and breaking all the tools? Yeah, that's what we're facing. Eventually the problem actually becomes the nitwit. That's how they try to drag you down to their level, but you can't win that game. It's a race to the bottom and you'll both smell like shit, where they thrive. The only solution is to loudly and publicly make fun of them, call them out, and hold them accountable. Shame is a powerful tool, especially for histrionic nagging losers. Just saying, got to expose them. Happy to see it happening, and tons of them resigning and disappearing from public life. The world is better off.

I've worked in homeless shelters a long enough amount of time to offer a real solution. Create a public database. No law required to do it, but charities can make it part of their deal that the help you get will be recorded in a database that other charities and regular folks can search. It's not a new idea, it's just lacking scale. Systems meant to help the less fortunate always have loopholes that people will exploit, the only deterrence is shame. Further, you can at least look up people and see just how much help they've gotten before you decide to throw your hat in. Something that aggregates what charities do, and GoFundMe's, etc. Whatever's public. As a donor and volunteer, I'd love to see what's happening. Makes it easier to know where to donate, and to hold people accountable. Could even generate content for the biggest scammers, make them famous. Entire YouTube break downs of our favorite vagrants. At least it's putting them to work without putting them in an asylum, or a camp. They have free will to be that way, but so do we to talk about it. Also means legitimate cases are easy to spot. That's a fantastic bonus.

Solution to the homeless crisis : Mental health institutions for the homeless who are beyond rehabilitation. Staffed 24/7. Locked doors. Court process to leave. They can't just come and go. They will have no option once found to be irredeemable. They will be forced to go. Medicaid will pay. Yes the American Tax dollars pays for medicaid. But we will spend less than the millions we currently do letting the homeless roam and use resources. This will also create jobs. Problem solved.

When I was a volunteer with a homeless veteran shelter I got called in one night to locate a guy who walked off campus and was likely a danger to himself, or others. I got there, thought for about two seconds and drove to the nearest hotel. Found him, drinking hand sanitizer. Tell me more about marijuana. In all my years I have exactly zero stories like that about it. I'd love to hear one about a guy chewing hemp cud. Most people I meet are crazy, and it's not from a plant.

Boosting Posts Experiment : Addendum I couldn't imagine being someone who uses this service for anything other than a product they are physically selling, or leasing. As a low account with very low engagement, if I woke up tomorrow to 100,000 likes organically I would probably delete my account. Mostly, I'm just posting here like a diary anyway. The whole idea of being famous is scary to me, I love privacy and relaxation. I like not being really known. So, I think of all the things I've been through in life being famous would be the worst. The very notion that you would pay for that, and open your account and see artificial likes probably also triggers something dark in people. Like a gambling addiction, but the prize is popularity and the lottery ticket is the boost and lucky numbers are the post. Not only is it very sad, it's my I think social media is dead. At least for awhile. I remember when they said cable wouldn't have ads. That's the thought I'm left with.

Totally reasonable question about them offing dolphins out of fear. The world is a wild place. I keep saying we don't need robots when people themselves can be the robots. Now, we got dolphin robots. Still better than anything with a battery, always will be. That's a big problem because it means that animals are going to become resources for all kinds of things. Hope there's some left to eat.

The real spicy thing I don't even know if this release covers is that all animals have complex language, and some even have words. All language includes more than words, it also includes non-verbal signals as well as chemical signals, et al. An ant can't tell you to get off it's lawn, but an LLM meant to interpret and behavior certainly can. The ability to work with and utilize animal, plant, insect, bacterial, etc helpers is limited by our ability to speak their language. In dolphins, you might not get them to talk. That's not needed though. Imagine you go up to the same pod of dolphins every day and steal their fish, beat one up, whatever. Be generally unlikable. The pod will react to you, but they will also inform others about you. Some animals do this by leaving a scent on you, or other means. All you have to do is figure out how to get the pod of dolphins to think a pipeline is asshoe. Call it what you want. The actual interesting result is the same for humans, the more animals (even humans) learn to want the more they want the things they don't have. Yup. Everything has a language, even rocks. Chemistry, but really it's all physics. That's the Universal language between all things. Everything is part of a living system, we are symbionts in a web of things. Rocks outsource most of their thinking to us, for better or worse. Same reason I wear a watch, I imagine. Telling time is boring. There's whole subcultures of people longing to be inanimate objects, and I think about that sometimes. So, I think training dolphins is child's play. Convincing all dolphins to hate something is probably pretty easy. Still, needs to be talked about more.
