@marksandspencer Sheffield city centre- an older woman fell down your escalator today as the lift was broken again (is it ever working?) It could have been so much worse- I don’t know her or how much the adrenaline masked her injuries. Please fix it so people don’t take risks!!

I remember a friend saying she was deleting anyone who had liked similar things and I thought yes totally fair and with you on that but then she deleted me and I didn’t figure out why for a good few months. I miss her and hope she is well.

I save, comment, and like things by accident all the time. Once on FB I accidentally liked a far right page and wondered why my feed had got so racist so I tried to work out who out of my friends had liked this page to find out it was me (1/2)

Super thankful to @YorksAmbulance for looking after me so well last night! Tom and Simon were kind, reassuring, and full of knowledge and skills leading to me getting the diagnosis I needed from hospital. Thanks so much both of you ❤️ (I’m home now and feeling well!)

Such sad times. Just heard about the death of Alan Nobbs @Alannobbs. Alan was one of the best people I ever worked with. He was a developer of leaders, champion for well-being & passionate advocate & activist for improvement in the NHS. Alan was just an outstanding human being.

2 weeks abroad with my teenage lads-another 'first' without my late husband & their dad - enjoyed, endured, laughed, cried...total mind f*ck at times...but we did it, & enjoyed it mostly ❤️ (& I got used to being abandoned by teenagers & my own company!🙂) #Grief
