After spending more than a decade making people's hair, I noticed something very surprising. The women with the healthiest hair weren't always using the most expensive products. And the women struggling with breakage, thinning, and slow growth often had something else in common. Their hair was reflecting what was happening inside their bodies. That's when I realised that, 'We're What We Eat. And Our Hair Proves It!' Many people have this believe that hair growth starts with the products they use. But I do not believe this. I rather believe that our hair is often a reflection of what's happening right inside our body. It starts from the food we eat, the stress we carry, the sleep we miss and our lifestyle. So, on this account, I'll be sharing how food, stress, lifestyle, and overall wellness affects our hair growth and hair health I'll also be sharing: ✓DIY hair care recipes ✓Healthy meals, drinks & natural teas. ✓The connection between wellness and hair ✓My personal hair journey and results If you've ever wondered whether your hair is trying to tell you something about your health, you're in the right place. Because we're what we eat. Our hair proves it!

@mayorde4you2 Exactly, the earlier we adjust to eating healthy, also the best for our health overall. Longevity is possible with nature. And prevention is always better than cure.

@Somidiaryx Many people spend money on things to look good. E:g accessories, jewelries, but the real beauty comes from inside. What you eat and what you drink.

I will remove the mosquito... Because tell me one benefit of this blœd sucking demons, that keep infecting one with malaria. One will treat malaria almost every month. As you're treating it, another mosquito is biting you. Even when you sleep under the net, or flit the room. They still have a way to bite.

It's another morning to remind you to take your water. Make it a habit to drink a cup of water first thing in the morning before eating anything.

The doctor looked at my husband, then looked at me, and asked a question that almost ended our marriage. "Are you sure this is your first child together?" I felt my heart stop. My husband slowly turned to look at me. The room suddenly became quiet. I was 8 months pregnant and had gone to the hospital for a routine checkup. One minute we were discussing baby names. The next minute, a doctor was asking a question that made it sound like one of us had been living a lie.

That experience taught me something. Trust takes years to build. Sometimes it only takes one frightening moment to discover how strong or how fragile it really is. If you were in his position, would you have had doubts too?

My husband hugged me so tightly I could barely breathe. On the drive home, neither of us spoke for a while. Then he said something I will never forget. "I hate that for one moment, I doubted you."

@DrDanny2030 Before the dentist inserts the braces to the teeth, they already have all these checked. The patient goes through a series of scans too. So don't doubt the work of the braces.

This man a big customer of mine, came to my shop on Friday last week, he cleared all his debt. We talked that Friday, and on Saturday I also saw him, we greeted and talked for a while. On Sunday I heard he slvmped and died while dancing in church on Sunday. Just like that!, a man looking very healthy, fresh, and happy. And just like that he’s no more. Till today I am still in shock.

Thinking about death is a jolt that wakes us from apathy. One day, without warning, it will be the last one for real. For us and for the people around us. And on that day, what will matter won’t be how long we lived, but how we lived.

You said it all, life is spiritual. We're all spirits wearing this body. And we're sent into this world by our maker to fulfill our purpose. We need to stay prayerful to seek His guidance, protection, renew our minds always, for alignment into His purpose etc... A prayer less Christian is a powerless Christian.

Life is spiritual, and we live in a world where spiritual realities influence physical outcomes. As a young person, do not take your prayer life lightly this year, regardless of your status, wealth, or achievements. The truth is that you are competing with people who are willing to go to extreme lengths because of what they believe will give them an advantage. Some engage in dark and desperate practices, sacrificing their values and humanity in pursuit of success, power, and influence. Meanwhile, many people sleep through life, hoping that circumstances will somehow change on their own. But destiny is not fulfilled by wishful thinking alone. It requires faith, diligence, discernment, and a consistent relationship with God. God's grace is freely given, but we must also recognize the reality of the world around us. This is why prayer remains essential. It strengthens your spirit, sharpens your discernment, and keeps you aligned with God's purpose for your life. Do not become spiritually complacent. Be intentional. Be watchful. Stay connected to God through prayer and faith. The remaining months of this year can be transformative for you, but only if you take your spiritual growth as seriously as you take your ambitions. Pray without ceasing. Stay focused. Stay grounded in God.

I got my period on the day of my wedding. I shared this with my husband during the wedding ceremony. After the wedding ceremony, I went directly to his house. Soon, my mother-in-law took me into another room for a small welcome ceremony. It was around 9 p.m., and I was feeling very uneasy because of my period and the mood swings. When I came to our room, my husband was not there. After 10 minutes, everybody started asking about his whereabouts. Nobody knew where he had gone that late, and his phone was switched off. About 20 minutes later, he came back. When everyone asked where he had been, he said one of his friends was leaving and he had gone to say goodbye. When he came into our room, he handed me a pack of sanitary pads and said, "You may need this. Happy period!" That was the only thing I could remember about my wedding.
