You seem really invested and everything you assumed is completely wrong. This is my last time explaining things. First of all, I am responding to a comment that seems to think all he’s doing is posting harmless things under official riot posts. That is clearly not the case as he’s harassing people and posting inappropriate things on Twitter, in dms, and while I cannot confirm, some ppl have said they saw him in Paris behaving in similar ways. I didn’t provide full context to all screenshots since the women specifically said they don’t want people coming after them on Twitter, but I have attached everything here that they’ve said is ok without their names. The women that were involved did not know him. The person named “cute” was not duoed with him from what I am told. The entire exchange started with starting off games going “I need a tft gf.” Furthermore, he specifically adds these girls after the game and sends inappropriate messages like the one screenshotted. That was not to a friend, but to a person he just added after game. Sure she didn’t have to accept him, but sending these messages (there’s a lot more as well) is incorrect. There are also more screenshots added to provide context (the girl was a stranger that just accepted a friend request, one person talking about his behavior offline, and another screenshot of inappropriate messages sent to another person). In my original reply I said “if he’s the guy from Vancouver,” which he didn’t end up being, and I am sorry he wasn’t that specific guy, and I should’ve just included everything else I knew about him at the time. I did also know at the time of my tweet the things that happened in Paris and how a lot of women didn’t feel safe with his behavior online and ppls behaviors similar to him, and I have also recently learned of his targeted harassment of specific women, so I do still think what he posts and does is very wrong. While it might not specifically cause in person harassment or online harassment, it shouldn’t be hard to see that it can further harrasment in the community.

if behavior that makes people uncomfortable goes unaddressed for too long, it will fester and grow in ways that have horrible consequences (we've seen this in other gaming communities in the past)

ill clarify my first point: this is an incredibly important discussion to have, but the "if that was you" that incited everything was really messy and sucked. the personal anecdote could have been brought up to point out a growing issue and a potential root of it (in her view)
