A U.S. Marine stands guard for 8 straight hours outside the hospital room of a dying boy who always admired Marines. Cody Green, a 12-year-old from Flora, Indiana, passed away in April 2012 following a long battle with leukemia. Though he was cancer-free at the time, his immune system was too weak to fight a fungal infection. Cody had idolized the Marine Corps his entire life, and the Corps made him an Honorary Marine. On the night he passed, a Marine sergeant stood guard at full attention outside Cody's hospital room for eight straight hours to honor the boy's strength and courage.

If that were true, why the need to tell people to “wake up” over and over again? You wouldn’t need to convince us of anything if that were the case.
