@sonicdrivein your restaurant claimed they were out of ice cream and I needed to cancel my order within the app which I couldn’t do—called the store and nobody answers. They even completed my order as if I picked it up. Is this good service to you guys? 😑

@sonicdrivein y’all need knew management at store Location ID: 1834 CARENCRO, LA burger was so cold cheese wasn’t melted and lettuce tasted like it was left out for days when I turn around and went back they said it wasnt there problem

How long is a reasonable amount of time to wait for someone to take an order at sonic these days? Sunday 4:47 three cars in the lot. Took 15 minutes to get an order in. You still consider yourself a fast food restaurant?

@sonicdrivein Just had the worst experience at the Sonic on 13004 Eastlake. The staff wasn’t responding to orders at the stalls and didn’t notify customers that stall service was unavailable. We ended up having to go through the drive-thru because no one would bring our order out

@sonicdrivein Did a mobile pick up order., went to the mobile pick up order stall typed in the number like the app asked me , took 30 minutes to get my food for them to tell me come through the drive-through next time we don’t pay attention to the mobile drive up spots. Worst cs
@CapnSnarkyPants Hi Pistol, you can cancel your order up until 5 minutes before your selected pick-up time. In the app, tap on the red button with the bag icon and then tap on View Order. That will open your order details page. Scroll to the bottom and find the Cancel Order button.
