@garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK Our router is plugged into the backup hub only now. We unplugged from the wall and we have an internet connection now.

@VodafoneUK My unbreakable Vodafone broadband is broken! I understand most of the uk are having issues but why is my backup not working either?

We’re aware of and investigating an issue impacting some of our home broadband customers since this morning. Getting our customers reconnected is now our top priority, and we’re incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

@84sterbz @VodafoneUK This is the first time we’ve had issues. It’s been great for the last few years and just upgraded to pro as it wasn’t much more than the price hike we just had.

@VodafoneUK @Sonya_LeanOnUs Wouldn’t bother was on hold for over an hour an 45 mins to then have the phone put down on me. Live chat bot thing isn’t working either. I’ve just switched to BT because of this. Can’t bloody wait to have a working internet for once!

@VodafoneUK We’ve tried every variation with no success. Website chat isn’t working. Finally got someone on Facebook but they couldn’t say why or backup wasn’t working.

@Sonya_LeanOnUs Please can you try unplugging the DSL cable or ethernet cable this may fix your issue for you. Alternatively please call 191 from your handset. Rachael

@garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK Same with us. Our backup should kick in when we lose connection. That’s why we upgraded.
