@JimmyConwa6856 @Surge_Philly The agency I worked for in PA had 8 Head Start and Early Head start locations. You can look them up if you care to Seton Hill Child Services they are still doing great service for families in Western PA the agency in Phili is similar to that one.

@Sorka @Surge_Philly Yeah sure. So why weren't they done in Minnesota? Why does a daycare in the hood on Philadelphia need $23 million? No one is buying and of this BS anymore. Did you also do inspections on the bodegas running EBT fraud??

After seeing the fraud that was exposed in Minnesota, I decided to investigate a daycare in Philadelphia ran by “Maternity Care Coalition.” What I found was a website that provided very little information, a phone number that led to a voicemail which claimed they were closed for Independence Day, and a seemingly abandoned building with blacked out windows. What makes all of this sickening is that the government has given this organization $23 million to run daycares like this one. Where’s all that money going?

@JimmyConwa6856 @Surge_Philly This has nothing to do with bodegas. A look at the website for this agency shows that they have multiple Early Head Start locations & programs it also has their required annual report showing financials. The one in MN also has inspection records available online.

@JimmyConwa6856 @Surge_Philly The centers and services offered by this agency which has been doing Early Head Start since around 1994/95 is a federally funded program which is why it gets federal funds to run it. It is funded similarly to public schools as it is public preschool & other services for families

@Sorka @Surge_Philly Sure ! Some might actually be daycares But they inflate the numbers Philly is rampant with fraud. I know like 20 bodegas that do EBT fraud. Basically all of them in the hood, and there are alot of hoods in Philly. Its a cesspool
