#Bitcoin - whats next ? The big Sunday report, all you need to know: In the Sunday report from last week we spoke about the big liquidity pool below EMA200 that was partially filled last week during FOMC as expected which perfectly matched with our long order from $25.500 region that was filled on the same day and currently with good profits for those that kept the long open. So what can be expected next ? First of all, last week was obviously a week of big manipulation, while whales been moving billions of USDT from one to the other exchange, Binance minting $1 billion TUSD, and retails were betting on big shorts a short squeeze was inevitable. Last week $BTC dropped below EMA200, faked out a breakdown and grabbed $180bn worth of liquidity from the pool we have been speaking about last week in the Sunday report. So what Iam looking for right now ? 🚩 TA/ LCA/ Psychological Analysis: We see currently a strong short squeeze that regained EMA200 + MA200 Weekly in less than 48h. We can clearly see how $BTC touched and kissed EMA50 yesterday but got rejected quickly, getting back in our sideway range between EMA50 and EMA200. Its interesting to see that EMA50 on the weekly chart holds well above and closed each time above in the last few weeks, holding the strong trend. For that, I would love to see the next weekly closes above $25.800 and not below (See right picture in the chart). Its wrong to ignore the strenght of EMA50 weekly support at $25.800 , but also wrong to ignore the strenght of EMA50 daily resistance at $26.900. Its either strong FUD, or FOMO needed to break through one of both, and if you ask me I favor higher prices towards the huge liquidity pool in the absolute big picture. Summary: Bitcoin is back in its consolidation range between EMA50 daily and EMA200/ EMA50 weekly, either strong FUD is needed to breakdown below EMA200/EMA50 weekly or good news such as BlackRock Bitcoin ETF approval that can easily fully send #BTC above $30.000 and towards $34.000 - $37.000 to grab the huge liquidity pool above. In the absolute worst case I see $21.000 - $22.000 as legit long entry targets. I personally dont expect much volatility in this week and would use this week to lean back and enjoy the good weather, to be back next week at monthly close. Remember that weekly close should always be above $25.800, thats the golden rule.
