Reasons I love @soulcycle: Took a rooster ride this morning. Dude nearby on side bar was taking his first class. Appeared to be struggling with choreo etc, but when asked by front desk how class was, he exclaimed "it was AWESOME. It's like a club in there!"

Not me crying during my SoulCycle session this morning, lmaooo emotional. I wiped my tears away with my sweat, but it’s like our instructor said all the right things at the right time and everything hit home. I’m so grateful for this life.
