When I created @Hone_Supremacy, I thought the hardest part would be finding great players. I was wrong. The hardest part has been building a project from the ground up: learning how to lead people, make tough decisions, solve problems, stay consistent, and keep believing in the project even when it felt like no one else did. All of this without any connections, without knowing anyone, with English not being my first language, and funding a large part of the project out of my own pocket.
Looking back, I'm proud of what we're building. We're still just getting started, and there's still a long way to go, but we've also come a long way since day one. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that the best opportunities aren't given. They're earned through hard work.
